Supersacks are made to order: Pick-up + delivery requests must be placed by Wednesday of
each week.

FAQ | SUPER SACK

  • Delivery Fees are based on mileage (a forklift fee of $50 is added to unload on driveway or hard pack surface. forklift cannot go on dirt, grass or uneven surfaces).
  • Minimum order for delivery is 3 super sacks (exceptions may apply).
  • Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee.
  • Supersack Assembly Fee includes the sack + pallet + product = $31.00 per sack assembly.
  • Loading: Supersacks can only be loaded onto a
    pickup truck or utility trailer. TGU does not load supersacks in SUV’s, vans, or pick-up trucks with a shell
    cover. if the pick-up truck has a retractable cover, we can load the supersack IF the retractable cover fully
    retracts.
  • WEIGHT between 1,000lbs to 3,000lbs each and
    depending on the product sacked. Sacks and pallets are non-refundable.
  • If you are re-using a supersack and bring it to TGU for
    re-filling, TGU reserves the right to decide whether the re-used sack is safe to re-use. If TGU sees the
    sack is NOT safe to re-use, you may have to purchase a new sack assembly. Pallet and assembly fees still apply. 
  • REFILLING sacks is based on yard traffic prioritizations.

Super Sacks Are sold by full cubic yard & 1/2 cubic yard.

All deliveries
require the use of a forklift or crane to unload the sacks. Sacks can be unloaded and staged on a
driveway or parking space. A short Flat Bed can take up to 9 products and an 18-wheeler flatbed can
